Maildesk is a comprehensive online email marketing platform designed to help businesses and individuals create, send, and manage professional marketing emails, forms, and campaigns. Our platform provides tools for audience management, campaign analytics, and automated marketing workflows.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
• When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payments and Billing

• By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you authorize Paddle to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your chosen plan, including recurring subscription fees, according to the billing cycle you selected.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it up to date.
• Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not entitle you to refunds for any prior billing periods or unused portions of your current subscription period. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk communications to recipients who have not opted in to receive them
• Violate anti-spam laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws
• Upload, distribute, or transmit any harmful code, viruses, malware, or other malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials provided by Vendroad are the property of the platform or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied.
• Maildesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from your use of the Service.
• This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, even if Maildesk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your access to your account and any associated data may be restricted or deleted.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions applicable to the platform.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws unless otherwise prohibited.
